I have acquired a couple boards from some sound equipment that have these dials on them -- should I remove them or leave them? Are they worth anything?

If you remove all the dials there won't be much left. They look like mid grade to me.

Not knowing what might be in the switches I couldn't say if they have any significant value on their own. Switches can have varied amounts of precious metals or none at all. I would lean toward less but again, I don't know. Mid grade at best as is.

The smaller board, part of the board is cropped out, is there anything missing from the image? Anything on the back of the board?

Hah, shows how much I pay attention, didn't even notice it was cropped out. Here's the full board. There's nothing on the back.
