Do SATA SSD boards classify as low grade (non-IDE) hard drive boards?

SSD M.2, etc... how are these graded? I'll post some pics for example shortly.

Seems to me that a SATA SSD would be a SATA drive board.
I'm not sure about M.2 drives and I can't find a reference right now

Busted M2's can go for finger card rate, but you won't get hdd board rate for them.

OSCAR classifies them as low grade sata hard drive boards. I’ll throw them in the pile and see what happens.
