These are boards from walkie talkies, remotes, basically things with buttons. What would these boards be classified as?

Ok. Thanks for identifying. No cell phone boards. Walkie talkies. Remotes.
A bit difficult to follow your labeling process. At first. So we have 3 sets of numbered boards.
576/577.jpg
#1 and #2 High Peripheral
#3 and #4 Low Peripheral
573/574.jpg
#1 and #3 Low Peripheral
#2 High Peripheral
578/579.jpg
#1 and #4 Low Grade. Might be junk.
#2 Remove LCD display. Low Peripheral
#3 High Peripheral
