Number 4 looks like an old RAM module. I don't get a lot of them but before HD board prices rose again a year and change ago I sold those as HD boards. Those old RAM boards have pretty terrific recovery.

Despite the nice gold flashing the last one is otherwise empty. Without the he gold it would be low grade.
