I'm pretty new to this. Any help IDing these would be much appreciated, and any explanations given for why something is classified as it is would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

9: peripheral. Not much value here.
8: peripheral a cpu and 10 small ICs, barely makes the grade
7: peripheral c right in the middle of the class
6: getting better but still peripheral, on the high end
5: peripheral see 6
4: midgrade, no saving grace here
3: midgrade,
2: telco, so many ICs
1: midgrade. If it were brown it would be low grade.
