Peripheral? Small socket Server Board? Just plain small socket? Any guesses? This has 2 Ceramic BGA CHIPS. Board is thick so thats some heavy junk weight, has very large connector ports

Unfortunately that’s a fairly entry level board. There’s too much missing from motherboard classes to make a motherboard jump.
