While this is a nice looking board it has a few issues.

The one side of the board is highly populated while the other size has a bunch of junk, particularly the transformer.

As it sits, we would buy that as a Small Socket Motherboard.

If you were to cut the board in half right at the border between the populated side and the junk side, we would buy the better half as Telecom and the other side as Mid-grade. You would want to run the numbers (weight -vs- value) to see which option would pay the best for you.
