Oh! I see, you're right that is locked

Well...for what it's worth I was hoping someone else might chime in, it's an interesting board. Had characteristics of a motherboard but isn't a layout I recognize to be able to call it a motherboard for grading purposes (it may in fact go into a mobo grade).

I would pull the aluminum heatsink at least, then maybe high peripheral on the grade.

Thanks for all your input. It goes in a processor for traffic intersection
monitoring. Do you think the copper coils need to be removed also.

They should be fine for high peripheral. The aluminum might even be fine as small as it looks but it's hiding the chip under it.
