Easy, yes. Safe, no. There are chemical mixes you can research and make on your own. You can torch it and get carbon copper You can use a kiln, blast furnace, etc to make a #1 block which will burn off most (nearly all) of the resin, paper etc.
The later two are governed by federal, state, and local laws, and require extensive gas/chem safety knowledge. The first option isn’t a wise acid-base test for beginners. If you don’t know how to refine gold, silver, and nickel; copper can be considerably more difficult than any of those .
