No luck on the tray. Sorry.
But if it doesn’t have the 3 numbers on it, it’s likely plate. (You can always scratch it to see).
The trays would then be silver plate. The stem would be knife rate.
You can give replacements a try for selling them. They buy from the public and I’ve used them before.
They also have a rudimentary lookup service that you can upload a photo and scan. It’s hit or miss and very Google-like in over searching hits, so just use find to locate the name in the list. If it shows up.
The service I use to look up stuff is designed for people that go through flatware, dinnerware, etc in volume. So I’d suggest it to you if you want by email, but it’s rather pricy for one-off lookups.
