I have seen some (older) posts that suggest that if a battery is not included in the laptop, it will not be considered for the Whole category. But then when I look at the Batteries category, I see that all 'Li-Ion Laptop Battery' are marked red, "Do Not Send". Can someone clarify? Thanks.

Thank you marked141, I have bookmarked your question/post and the post that it referenced. I am now educated as to the correct definition of "whole" laptops!
I've also wondered if I send in a working laptop, if it would be appreciated if the matching AC adapter was in the same box (Yes I am low-volume so far).
