This came out of a microwave and has a bunch of crap on it do you guys prefer it on or off (the bulb was removed after photo) m

You always need to remove wire from the boards.

As for the cables themselves just remove any large plastic brackets. As well as any ferrite.
Any connectors or junctions can be left on.
