I got this board out of a plasma. It only has one flatback chip with the gold plated corner and lots of junk like a mid grade would have. None of the jacks are gold plated. Mid grade or Peripheral?

It's peripheral. I see a few smaller IC chips on there. Removing the flat pack would definitely downgrade it to mid grade.
