Thank you so much for all your help on this forum - I believe I have some of these correctly separated - please advise & notify if I am incorrect -
I have a note / comment at each individual picture.

The first board you show front and back of is going to go as peripheral. The two IC chips you have will go as regular IC chips. Your other boards will go as telecom, although the left board in the fifth photo you offer has less IC population compared to the others, so it may go as peripheral when boardsort looks at it.
