Guessing by the photo of the CPU chip, it's probably a Socket 478 P4 or Celeron. Another photo showing the top of the chip would be helpful, but I'm willing to bet it's green fiber with a metal top.
The second board appears to be a power inverter board from a laptop or flat panel monitor and would likely go as mid-grade.
The last one appears to be mid-grade, but could be peripheral if the fingers on it have gold on them or there's more IC chips or gold pins on the other side.
