I figure it to be peripheral, but the "gold" has beguiled me into hoping for more.

The markings tell me it's fully flashed on both sides, with the cpu and ICs, and big thick pins and pin ports I'd go with telco here.

Thank you lostinlodos.

I am attaching 2 more pictures from these units. What is interesting is that the board on the left does not have gold like the first one I posted. Would it still be telco?

The board on the right would it fall under peripheral?

In this pair the one on the left (non flashed) will be telco, the one on the right is peripheral.
