Do the boards in the attached picture qualify as telco boards? They came out of an inet.

You MAY get telco for those but they look more like backplane.
Wait for lostinlodos to chime in just in case I'm wrong.

Top one is backplane
Bottom one, ... Telco is my best guess, being a backplane with multiple flatpacks
