Top left is midgrade. The Aluminium is wort more than the board if you want to unscrew the resistors and yank it loose.
Bottom left I'd email Chris directly on that one. It's slightly larger than my regular smart TVs controllers, but it may still qualify as green fibre with metal like the smaller fingerless CPU cards do.

Right remove the heatsync it's too large.
Top remove the wires, they go as mixed wire. If you manage to keep the gold on the wire edge (probably won't) when you pull them loose and it's solid across you can cut the edge off and add it to gold fingers.

Remove the wire
Remove the big heatsync on the right, it's too big.
