#4 will be a small socket. The socket size appears to be enough under the 2" minimum to get large socket grade.

Yep looked it up it's an AM3 socket. Wasn't sure if am3 or c96 for sparc as that series uses both CPUs
Small it is.

Nice board by the way, if any chance it still works it's worth selling. Still fetch $25-$30. Good little workhorse board for bookshelf computers
