I had a Heatsink similar to that and was able to drive the copper slug out with a hammer and punch. nice round chunk of solid copper. if not I would assume it would go Copper/ Alum Rad.? the feet look maybe stainless. RT

The board, picture is a bit fuzzy but looks good for peripheral.

Heat sink is copper/aluminium
