The board and chip, if that's what it is, came out of a box attached to a satellite dish. The chip was located in the hole in the board and was not soldered or bonded to the board in any way. The grey cover which I assume is a heat sink was also not bonded to the chip. The reverse side of the board is completely covered in the gold colored material that makes up there gold tracing on the front side of the board.
