What is this board? I have like 100 and they are gold fingered with lots of IC chips

Are they all exactly the same or is there a variety of layouts? If there's differences they may not all fit in one grade.

This one is likely a Telco grade, I'm thinking low Telco but not 100% sure, decent IC population and nice gold fingers but lots of stuff that isn't as valuable adding a fair bit of weight.
