For #1, I gave up on trying to remove the plastic piece with the numbers, it is attached very strongly to the board haha.

#5 I snapped in two by accident while removing it, still hanging on by a thread.

I am still learning so please wait for others to chime in.

1. use a chisel and a hammer. Should come off. As is I'd say mid-grade. If you remove the larger components then I would say it would slide into peripheral grade. Possibly high.
2. Low Peripheral
3. Are those connector ends gold? If so Connector Ends. If not I would say Mid-grade.
4. Leaning toward high peripheral.
5. Low Peripheral.

1 is at least low peripheral as is. I'm not sure if that specific style display needs to come off or not. It could be fine and may push into high peripheral anyway.

4 low peripheral

5 if it's low peripheral the button IC is doing a lot of heavy lifting. I would lean midgrade.
