I want to say the first 2 are gold cap boards and the rest high telco.

Concur.

The last board, if you wanted to check if the ceramic chip has gold cap you can:

if socketed, remove and look. Then weigh each separately and together to see if it's better pricing one way or the other, or

if soldered, drill one (or two) small hole(s) to look at the bottom of the chip, if gold cap then board goes gold cap chip board
