Low Peripheral at best. Remove the heat sink and transformer. Should help keep it out of Midgrade.

I half expect there to be a coating on the board but the pictures aren't great so I can't tell if that's the case. If there is it will negatively affect the grade to some degree. Otherwise I agree with catwhisker, low peripheral at best.
