New to BoardSort, and have plenty of questions, but right now trying to get a feel for if any of these smaller tool/handheld appliance boards have any value whatsoever and how they might be classified.

Very skeptical of the leftmost one. Technically it is a board, but does it hold ANY value whatsoever as far as BoardSort would be concerned?

Is there anything I should be removing from these boards, either for my own best interest or in the interest of ethical scrapping?

you are in for an adventure .. lots to learn here.
board #1 is mid grade. as long as it's a circuit board, boardsort will buy it. if it's green like that one it's mid grade, brown brittle boards are low grade.
#2 is high peripheral. most of the population is ICs and mlcc's. nice board.
#3 is very much mid grade, all the components would be considered "junk".
4 is low peripheral because of the big display, copper transformer and wires .. low perf as is. if you clip the wires and remove those 2 things, it'll be high peripheral, and the small board that's attached would be mid grade.
#5 is barely low peripheral.. to be safe i would cut the wires .. not sure what the green board would be on its own, possibly low perf if the connector is gold plated.

curious as to what other people have to say, especially about #4 and 5.
