do i cut the fingers or leave them back of board is the same

Looks blank. No solder in flow throughs. But. Would be nice to have a picture of the flip side.

If there isn't anything on it the gold fingers staying will be what gets it to low peripheral. Roughly estimating the percentage of board with fingers and without I'd say leaving the fingers is best as cutting them off leaves you with low or mid grade (depending on the material in the tracings, but no difference in price) on the rest.
