 Post subject: Chip identification help

Some of the example pics are missing for me on the e scrap page. Im trying to find out what class the smaller chips (like intel celeron or centrum 4) with gold pins and metal on the reverse qualify as? For some reason it won't allow me to post a Pic either

For uploading pictures you need to first choose the file, allow it to upload, then add the file. Having a good internet connection helps, I've had files fail to upload because of that. Also be sure the file size isn't too big (can't recall the limit off the top of my head).

A CPU that is made with a green (or brown) fiber board, had gold pins and a metal top, like the example you linked to, falls under P4/green fiber with metal
