Hi, I have a lot of boards that were previously used in household appliances. Some control boards, some driver boards, inverter boards, etc. I don't know if they're even worth scrapping but would like to have them graded just in case. Some of these are also locked into their casings, so I'd also like to know if they can be scrapped in this condition. Thank you.

from top to bottom.

1:
Peripheral Low Grade or Mid Grade Board, remove the white glue.

2 and 3:
is that wax, oil or some sort of sealant on the board? if so Auto Board Without Box if not then Peripheral Low Grade or Mid Grade Board

4:
or Mid Grade Board

5:
whats the back look like ? the gold finger at the top might be a clean gold finger but I can't tell. otherwise if there is nothing on back side is junk.

6:
is that wax, oil or some sort of sealant on the board? if so Auto Board Without Box

7:
Auto Board with Box

8:
is that wax, oil or some sort of sealant on the board? if so Auto Board Without Box if not and you clean up the board by removing ming the heat sinks and glue it might be Peripheral Low Grade or maybe even Peripheral high Grade

9:
is that wax, oil or some sort of sealant on the board? if so Auto Board with Box, remove the plastic box around it to get a better pay out.

10:
Whats on the back side of the board? I don't see anything on the board worth anything so junk?

11:
Peripheral Low Grade

12:
Mid Grade Board

13:
maybe Peripheral Low Grade but it might be high, take it out of the plastic box its in.

14:
whats under the heat sinks ?

A lot of what you posted has what looks like oil/wax or sealant on the boards if they have anything like that it down grades them to auto boards

I think I had started to reply to this and then fell asleep and lost the text. Never got back to it.

I think the main thing I was going to point out was, do try to remove the boards from the plastic housings. A lot of these appliance type things are pretty easy to push on the plastic tabs and slide the board out. That and removing large heatsinks, as suggested, is usually beneficial.

I'll also note the amount of sealant can vary and may affect the grade more or less but the generally it will have an impact.
