Plastic IC chip with Gold Legs? Did I finally get one right?

close-ish...plastic ICs tend to be black

Key things to notice here:
Green fiber, note the color of the board the pins and cap are mounted to.
Metal cap, kinda like a gold cap but no gold, it's mostly copper but isn't worth removing even if you could do so without damaging the CPU
Gold Pins, what's called a PGA chip, Pin Grid Array.

So, green fiber with metal
