I'm thinking these are peripheral LOW grade. I've checked and they are called 2-port ethernet adapters.

Two questions:

Are they already high grade AS IS?

If not, would they be high grade if I pulled the two metal pieces off?

That's a gold fingered card, note the gold where it slides into a socket of another board.

I'm unsure if the metal ports are heavy enough to keep it from being a clean GFC. If they're steel I would probably try and pull them off.
