I know what these are; I just don't know how to handle them. Also, I've tried 4 times in the last to days to post this and, for some reason I can't submit it. Anyway, here goes:

Are all of these CPUs the same? Do they have the same value? Can they be sent as one group? Must I remove the metal from all of them? If the metal must be removed is there a good way to do it? Do they have an EXACT Boardsort name or are some of them called by a different name? Thank you so much! Repectftully, Gizz

Take a look through the pictures of the price list. You've got RAM and various CPUs so you can look just through those.

I also just did a write up for the person who posted before you. That should help some.

On the RAM pay attention to the color of the fingers (teeth/contacts), you seem to have gold and silver together

Thank you for your help! Must the metal be removed for best price?

Any aluminum/copper heatsink that isn't part of the CPU, think the big ones with fans attached, can and should be removed; they usually just have a little thermal paste holding them on.

The gold caps or similar on ceramic stay on. These usually have a stronger bond to the actual die and removing will usually destroy it. AMD K6's can have a dissimilar style heatsink or none at all, that can stay. Larger heatsinks can be removed (looks like your intel had one).

On CPUs you'll generally not remove the metal from green fiber with metal. I tried with a batch awhile ago to see if it made a difference (also to try and squeeze a few more into a box to ship) and it was not beneficial.

On RAM, removing heatsinks is always better to get that higher payout rate. Do be careful as the ICs often are bonded to the aluminum better than the circuit board. Applying heat can help soften adhesive.

Removing the shields on shield ram actually does not always increase value. I have found a break point (yes I analyze things a little more than I should) right around 1.5 ounces per stick. Above that point and you usually lose value taking off the shield, below you usually gain value. Couple minutes in the toaster oven when and the shields basically fall off.

those slot A athlons might be more worth selling as is and not scrapping some modles go for a crap ton more so the later ones wit the full speed L2 cache or 1ghz ones. they are slot CPUs BTW and the older 2/3 speed cache cpu, the chips on the left and right of the PCU give that away. the full speed cache ones do not have those chips.

All the CPUs in with no pins you posted go together as no pin cpu other then that dell one IDK about it and I would like to know more about it. All the ram you posted are gold finger ram, IMG_6478 and IMG_6477 the AMD I would try to sell and pent is Pentium/Mac Ceramic the amd486 is AMD Ceramic No Metal or Pentium/Mac Ceramic

Take a closer look at the RAM, it's not all gold.
