Can I cut the fingers off of this and submit as HG Telecom?

this currently:
Gold Finger Card NO Fan NO Heatsink WITH Bracket
if you trimmed fingers it would be:
Trimmed Finger Cards NO Fan NO Sink Bracket OK

Remove the bracket and the box that says amphenol and go clean gfc no bracket.

Removing the fingers would not help anything.

If it were high grade telco, you might be able to cut the fingers and maintain the status. In the video on high telco if you watch carefully there is just such a board that clearly had gold fingers trimmed. this board probably does not make the high telco cut, with or without its fingers.
