1st & 2nd Pictures - Those boards came out of computer monitors.
3rd, 4th & 5th pictures - All boards pictured came out of an Flat screen TV
11th picture - I believe was also from a tv

The rest were either from modems or DVD players.

Are brown boards strictly low grade or can they be of a high grade?

Brown boards are almost always low grade. The ones you posted are. The rest, referred to by image name:

yTvX9Ym: high peripheral
EyNwU: Blue is high peripheral, long skinny, midgrade, top is some kind of communication module without fingered connection, I think boardsort will take those at an unlisted price but not sure.
VsSkggNv: larger high peripheral, smaller low peripheral
VSQCiPjg: pull the shields off, likely high peripheral
CKklBbCG: leaning high peripheral, might be low
Q1DlaoHs: pull the shields take another picture
Ge5R0FZ4: pull the top shield at least, likely high peripheral
SNKvH1IR: midgrade

Taking a look again at the top card in EyNwU, chip says Dual Band WLAN Adapter. If i'm correct WLAN is WIFI.

The board in Ge5R0FZ4 also doesn't have a shield on it unless your talking about the coax hookups.

Shields have been removed from the 3 boards and i posted new pictures (See bVXp8HdC.jpg and reverse side Izum_nx9.jpg)

I also pulled a chip off one of the boards that was under the shield. (RPQELyt2.jpg and reverse o_phCTFZ.jpg) Hopefully i didn't downgrade the board. The chip looks to be a mix of gold and silver pins but kinda hard to tell in the picture.

Thank you for the help btw.

EyNwU: right, so boardsort may have a separate unlisted category for those but I'm not for sure on that

Ge5R0FZ4: right the tuner box has a shield on two sides but depending on how it's mounted only one may come off. Get at least the top one, bottom if you can.

The CPU that pulled is probably a BGA no gold tab now. The board it's from is gonna be toward the low end of high peripheral but I think you can keep it in there, the other two high peripheral as well.
