1st PCB. Take all the gold. Pins. Fingers. Remove IC's. Throw in the trash.
2nd PCB. High Peripheral.
You may get other opinions. Possibly. 1st PCB. Midgrade.

Low peripheral on the first seems likely. Lots of gold pins/leads, couple ICs and gold fingers. What's the other side look like?

High peripheral on the second.
