Hi everyone, i have 3 boards i need a hand with:







1. Gold finger but not much else going on. Some chips but lots of junk

2. Similar to 1, but a bit more chips and not as big of junk. Should i just chop the fingers off and throw the rest in low/mid?

3. Nice looking board, but it could be a number of things. Im seeing gold finger, backplane expansion, high grade peripheral.

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!

#1. I would cut off gold fingers. Leave as is and submit as Low Peripheral.
#2. Remove fuse. Glass is a no no. Not ever. For submission. Before an evaluation. Remove shields. And find out what's in the blue box. OR. Just remove fuse and gold fingers and submit as Low Grade.
#3. Submit as High Telecom. Leave the socketed chip in. The PCB has good overall value. Especially if all those connectors have gold pins.
That's my opinion. I'm still new at this. But feel pretty good about my response.

I agree mostly...
1, leave the fingers and go high peripheral. Without there's a good chance it'll drop to midgrade.

Ok. I can see that on #1 being High Perpheral with fingers on. I thought about that. But figured it just wasn't populated enough.
