First board is from a floppy drive. I have always thought these to be low grade like all other "brown board", but there are some reasonably knowledgable people posting that these are high peripheral. Never sent one in myself.
Second board is high peripheral, maybe a higher grade as it is nothing but chips and gold connectors, but I like to see at least one gold tab BGA and some classic IC chips before going above high peripheral. However, sometimes those flatpacks are good chips as evidenced by some of the high telco boards from networking equipment that have no gold tabs. I am just never quite sure which ones.
Third is low peripheral.
