Should be accepted as High Telecom.
Something special? Not really. But a nice find in our everyday escrap world.

High telco.
The eprom that you focused in on is kind of special because of the gold layer under the die. Unfortunately, does not change the board class. Eproms are high-grade chips in general, so when you see them on a board be thinking toward the higher classes (high periph and either telco grade). In general very bad idea to remove anything of value from boards.
