green board high peripheral, though I would pull off the transformer if it were me to make sure it is not too junky.
bluish board seems to have a coating on it which pushes me toward low peripheral. Could be on the edge of high peripheral however as there really is no junk and at least a few mlccs and fair quality chips.

The blue board does have a coating. It is probably an epoxy type. Used to prevent the circuit board from dust. Moisture. Corrosion. I am almost 100% sure it comes from a payphone. Could be an outdoor phone or similar. Protel Inc. Manufactures that type of product.
The coating on the board as I understand will affect the grade. Best contact Chris at boardsort.
In addition. Look at the escrap price list category Auto Board with and without box. You can see the coating. Even though you see a nicely populated board. The price is very low.
