I know what that is. It is for board testing in manufacturing. It is the jig. Custom made to a specific board being made.
It is not the actual main testing apparatus. It connects to it. But without going further in explaination.
In order to turn it in for e-scrap for better value. You got some disassembling to do. Separate metal,wire,PCBs,etc. To send in for e-scrap. Quite a chore. But. If you want to maximize profits. It's the approach to use. On the other hand you could turn it in under Tear Down Category. I can't imagine as what. Orrrrrr. Email Chris.
The choice is yours.
I would tear it down on my part. Separate.
