First off. B and D have part numbers. That's a strong start to identify any component. Do a part number internet search. There are apps you can download to assist you. Also. You can call an electronic parts supplier. Those individuals are professionals at dealing with part numbers. I would make that my last resort though.
Yes. A has a part number. But. Not to worry. That goes into IC chip category. Just by visual ID.
Now. C. That is one wierd suspicious chip package. I got some "different" stuff in my stash of early 60's chips.
An extremely important question. Where did C come from? What type of circuit board was it on? Even the part number of the circuit board can help identify the DIP package C.
Here to learn like everybody else.
My evaluations are my own opinion.

Hah. Forgot to mention Google Lens search. Chip C is identified by Google lens.
