Looks like a fairly cheap board which I would tend to go for low grade. With the IC chips it’s gonna be at least mid grade I think. I don’t really think it could get into low peripheral.

I'd separate those two boards. Looks fairly easy too. If they're soldered with pins just snip one side closest to one board or go half n half; if the pins are gold plated cut them to keep on the better board. Lower board Low Peripheral maybe High Per then.

Didn't realize there were two.
I'm leaning low peripheral at best still on the board with ICs.
