Okay here's an example of some of the stuff I'm finding. Board covered in chips and not much else. Heavy gold pins full length on each board and two of the boards have gold pins on them at the top too. Oscar says its high peripheral? Im i missing something here? Boards came out of a PAM 1000 unit along with a heafty backplane board

Should go as telecom remove that plastic looking pull tab on front maybe thats what throwing OSCAR off.
