Still looking for help on how I grade these boards? CNC Boards?

The CNC category is new enough to me still that I'm not certain what qualifies for that category so if either of these can go there I can't make that call.
That being said:
1000007152.jpg/1000007153.jpg seems like high peripheral to me
1000007154.jpg/1000007155.jpg seems like it's at least high telco given the quality and population of the board
