What are these boards classified as? I’ve seen similar classified as back boards but these have gold fingers.

Pretty sure they are backplane expansion boards with or without the gold fingers.. Though some with chips on them may be otherwise classified..

Is the price the same for backboards with and without gold fingers?

I don't think they differentiate on those, you could clip them and sell separately if you desire.
