You have plenty of components. Transistors. Resistors. Capacitors. Also some small gull wing flatpacks.
I am not one to depopulate. Or cut gold fingers off. But. I will remove junk.
Submit as Low Peripheral with gold fingers on. Easily will be accepted.
If you remove the gold fingers. I think your looking at Mid Grade.
Here to learn like everybody else.
My evaluations are my own opinion
