Hey gang, I think these are low grade, but I thought I should consult the experts. Here are a couple images of very similar boards with and without the heatsinks. Please, give me your thoughts, I appreciate it!

Those are antminer boards. I think hash boards. There is one expert that comes to mind on this forum who bought a whole gaylord of those boards. Hopefully he will comment.
