Are these I C chips and what type of board is this? Can anybody help with this, as I have quite a few of these items. Thanks

The board can definately go High Telecom. Very nice board.
The IC's. The blue ones are relays. The white ones are optocouplers.

The information you need is near the end of post. Determining what Boardsort accepts as an IC.
I feel you should email Chris and ask if what you have will be accepted as IC chip category.
Here to learn like evdrybody else.
