Hey gang, I think these are low grade, but I thought I should consult the experts. Here are a couple images of very similar boards with and without the heatsinks. Please, give me your thoughts, I appreciate it!

Those are antminer boards. I think hash boards. There is one expert that comes to mind on this forum who bought a whole gaylord of those boards. Hopefully he will comment.

Schwing 1820, I am no expert, yet, but I have wasted my old age battling a pile of these Antminer Hashboards. In this case procrastination paid big dividends for me...I went on a moneyless diet over the Spring...didn't lose any weight, just lost sleep and increased my aggravation factor by fourscore...like Honest Abe, I still think 3 cents is worth walking 6 miles to give back.
As shown, with the heatsinks attached- that is sixty per side, 130 per board, Boardsort buys them as Mid-grade (note the board is green both sides).
Chris quoted me a custom price for the cleaned boards with heatsinks removed. It was higher than midgrade, but less than low peripheral, but definitely profitable to remove the sinks, due to shipping weight and sheer volume.
At the time of the quote, Aluminum extrusions was paying locally 50 cents per pound, and each board had just a tad over a pound of sinks per board. I cleaned one side of my pile by knocking the sinks off with a drywall large knife, but since upgraded to a flat drill press vise and a cheap machete, striking forceably with the backside of the blade, to knock the sinks off. I can do 60 boards in about 25 minutes without strain, and have about 20 pounds of extrusions and 35 pounds of boards...roough figures, no coffee yet this daybreak.
The procrastination pays part? The first batch of heatsinks I sold to the Big national company that has a local yard, I got 67 cents per pound with a total weight of 850 pounds. That was about $540 dollars. I then sold a month ago to another buyer, at a different location, about 200 pounds for 80 cents per pound. Last week, I had decided to gird my loins and grit my teeth and make mince meat out of the remaining 1000 or so boards with heatsinks on one side still, and knocked off another 130 pounds of aluminium clip/extrusions for which I was paid $1.31 per pound, or $170. That came out to about 30 bucks an hour wages, and I have maybe 90 more pounds of clean boards.
There is some question as to what grade the board actually ends up. I hope to make my run to Alliance in a couple weeks, and as they say about the opera, it ain't over until the fat man sings. You bet I will be singing loudly, out of tune of course, once I have the official sales receipt in hand.
Sorry to rush out in the middle of this session, but I still have about 600 boards to process
