I have some CPUs that I'm unsure if boardsort will buy and if so what category they would fall under.

1.) IBM POWER 6 CPU: pinless, ceramic with metal heatsink on top. I have approx 10 of these:


2.) IBM Z194 multi chip on carrier and another very similar chip: pinless, ceramic, no metal. I have 2 of these. The bases are identical, the tops have slight differences:


3.) Unknown IBM chip, looks like a processor to me (?). Pinless, green fiber, with something black on the BGA leaving green just on the outermost edges, metal cap. I have hundreds of these.

Not sure what they'd class as but I'm thinking something like Sun CPUs for the ceramics and maybe no-pin CPU for the BGAs. I'd happily offer you at least double just to have those ceramic CPUs in my collection.
